The second round of public consultation for The Big Town Plan will take place at a pop-up exhibition.

Residents of Shrewsbury are being given another opportunity to have their say on the future of the town.

The pop-up exhibition will take place in St Mary's Church from Thursday 16th August to Wednesday 19th September.

The first three days of the exhibition will be staffed to give people the opportunity to discuss their thoughts and concerns with representatives from:

Shrewsbury Business Improvement District (BID), Shropshire Council and Shrewsbury Town Council.

The public can then continue to view and comment on the plan using the feedback forms.

The final draft of the plan reflects the responses gleaned from the first consultation and now sets out a clear, detailed vision for how the town could look by 2036.

Featured themes include: movement and place, reinvigorating the town, creating a place for enterprise and nurturing natural Shrewsbury, and lists key goals on how the town can evolve to meet future challenges.
